Power scraping is accomplished by pushing or by rotary heads utilizing carbide cutters. Scraping is used to remove soft materials such as elastomeric coatings or gummy substances such as tile and carpet adhesives.
Generally power scraping does not remove any concrete. Also, hand scrapers can be used to reach small areas where large power equipment cannot reach. [as shown]
